Based　on　the　function　analysis　of　the　residential　real　estate,　risk　estimation　of　the　real　estate　development　is　necessary　and　important.　A　decision　analysis　for　one　certain　residential　community　based　on　the　mathematic　model　of　the　multi-objective　linear　programming　is　established　and　then　its　optimum　solution　can　be　calculated　by　MATLAB　software.　Both　valuable　reference　for　the　design　scheme　and　allocation　and　the　systematic　generalization　of　the　optimum　solution　for　the　residential　real　estate　development　decision-making　are　the　conclusions.
