In　order　to　guarantee　traffic　safety,　the　drivers＇　static　and　dynamic　information　were　measured　based　on　human　psychological　and　physical　measuring　theory.　On　the　base　of　the　analysis,　the　relationships　between　drivers＇　psychological　and　physical　reaction　and　road　geometric　parameters　such　as　speed,　horizontal　radius,　slope,　etc　were　set　up.　This　paper　found　a　new　method　of　traffic　safety　for　reducing　traffic　accidents　and　human　factor　design　of　highway　geometric　parameters.
