In　order　to　ensure　the　reliable　running　of　the　complex　system,　and　improve　the　ability　of　fast　faulty　detection,　the　analytic　wavelet　and　integral　wavelet　is　used　to　calculate　the　dimension　of　BOX　and　relevant　dimension.　The　maximum　of　wavelet　transform　and　detaching　dimension　is　combined　to　be　a　pick-up　technology.　The　instance　application　shows　that　the　efficiency　of　algorithm　has　made　a　big　progress.
