Abstract：
A ARM7TDMI based embedded system is designed in this paper for a fire alarming CAN bus network which connects fire alarming control hosts through RS-422 bus. Hardware design is especially discussed in detail. In order to get realtime capability and good reliability, a realtime embedded operating system muC/OS-II is used High-performance of ARM processor and muC/OS-II operation system makes the network work very well.
