This paper mainly deals with the development of high-speed data acquisition system based on VXI bus as a module of the broadband digitalization monitoring receiver It uses one 14-bit analog to digital chip whose bandwidth is 65msps and dynamic range can come up to 85 db. The sampling rate of the system is 17.12 MHz.
