Along　with　the　social　demands　for　engineering　college　students＇　engineering　quality　ability　is　more　and　more　high,　forcing　universities　to　respond　to　this　change,　otherwise,　it　will　affect　student　employment　in　the　future.　In　turn　it　will　affect　the　reputation　of　the　school　and　admissions.　So　the　school　will　have　to　adjust　the　course　system.　That　Is　compressing　theory　teaching　hours　and　increasing　the　practical　curriculum　class　hours.　Separate　set　of　practical　courses　also　gradually　increased,　the　students　have　more　and　more　time　in　the　laboratory.　In　response　to　the　change,　the　laboratory　also　wants　to　make　adjustments　that　are　to　open　lab.　After　the　opening　laboratory,　the　management　requirements　are　higher　to　the　laboratory.　Otherwise,　the　wastage　of　the　experimental　equipment　and　material　will　reach　the　level　of　unsustainable,　ultimately　unable　to　maintain　the　normal　operation　of　the　laboratory.　This　paper　discusses　in　some　of　the　open　laboratory　management　measures,　these　measures　for　the　administration　is　already　in　use,　has　received　the　good　effect,　of　course,　there　are　to　be　desired,　need　to　continue　to　improve　in　the　future.
