Abstract:
The number of Safety accidents in China's coal mines is declining on the whole in recent years, but compared with the safety records of the developed countries, there is still large gaps. This study is based on case analysis of eleven major coal mine safety accidents which happened in 2013 with a death toll of over 10 people. Guided by system science theory, we studied the influencing factors of social subsystem, enterprise subsystem and the people subsystem of the coal mine safety system. By analyzing these influencing factors which are vital to the stability of the coal mine safety system, we aim to systemically and objectively find out the laws of safe production and by which to build the framework of people oriented coal mine safety system.
