Ecological　city　construction　is　an　important　part　of　the　construction　of　ecological　civilization,　and　also　the　main　direction　of　the　future　urban　development,　the　construction　management　of　the　economic　and　social　development　has　important　significance.　Based　on　the　connotation　of　ecological　civilization,　this　paper　constructs　the　evaluation　system　of　ecological　civilization　city　from　four　aspects:　urban　economic,　social,　environmental,　ecological　and　regional　support.　Which　made　a　combination　evaluation　of　the　construction　level　of　ecological　civilization　city　in　Guiyang　city　for　7　years　through　combined　evaluation　method　and　principal　component　analysis.　The　results　show　that　the　advantages　and　disadvantages　of　ecological　civilization　in　Guiyang　City,　and　put　forward　a　series　of　countermeasures　and　suggestions,　so　as　to　build　Guiyang　into　the　leading　and　promoter　of　the　future　urban　ecological　civilization.
