This　paper　summarize　our　corporations＇　innovation　types　and　models　systematically　under　the　university-industry　collaboration　through　clear　up　the　university-industry　collaboration＇s　research　status　of　corporation　between　domestic　and　overseas.　According　to　innovation　process　view　and　enterprise　scale　view,　we　give　our　corporations　two　selection　criteria.　Thus　we　can　supply　theory　and　practice　guidance　to　corporations　in　working.
