Combined　with　the　current　society　needs　for　talents,　preliminary　discussion　is　performed　on　the　application　of　case　teaching　method　in　the　cultivation　of　skilled　talents,　and　it　is　proposed　for　the　case　teaching　methods　which　should　suit　one＇s　measures　to　local　conditions,　give　full　play　to　its　characteristics,　and　cause　it　to　become　the　effective　methods　of　innovative　composite,　skills,　talents　training.
