we　all　know　that　manufacture　cost　is　the　most　important　part　of　satellite　costs　constitute.　And　in　the　manufacture　costs　prediction,　the　technology　is　the　most　difficult　to　measure　and　also　is　the　biggest　impact　factor.　In　view　of　this,　this　paper　analyzes　large　amounts　of　data,　and　then　proposes　manufacture　cost　determining　method　of　technological　progress　factors　and　technological　difficulty　factors,　after　that,　establishes　comprehensive　index　system　model　of　technological　influence　factors.　Finally,　we　can　use　these　technological　parameters　to　further　improve　the　prediction　accuracy　of　the　satellite　manufacture　cost.
