It　is　a　very　important　problem　to　find　the　key　factor　and　training　method　to　improve　management　ability　of　graduate　students　majored　in　management.　Based　on　questionnaire　survey　to　some　students　and　teachers　of　a　university,　the　general　situation　is　introduced,　and　conclusions　are　drawn　as　followed:　management　ability　of　graduate　students　is　shortage;　Practice　is　effective　method.　According　to　the　questions,　Cultivation　model　that　include　management　theory,　research　practice,　self-management,　society　practice　are　put　forward.
