With　regard　to　enhancing　the　innovative　capacity　of　graduates,　the　impactive　factors　and　solutions　of　innovative　capacity　of　graduates　were　analyzed.　A　new　idea　for　the　training　of　innovative　capacity　of　graduates　was　proposed,　which　is　a　three-point　line　consisting　of　＇Consciousness,　Management,　Measure＇.　The　following　three　aspects　were　discussed　to　carry　out　the　work　in　details:　cultivating　the　consciousness　of　innovation,　establishing　the　management　system　of　innovation　and　implementing　the　measures　of　innovation.　Therefore,　a　possible　way　of　enhancing　the　innovative　capacity　of　graduates　can　be　formed.
