The grade of permitted presale-commercial-residential-houses from 2005 to 2009 in Beijing is analyzed by correspondence analysis and the conclusion is followed. Both Chaoyang and Haidian districts are mainly distributed of high-grade and top-grade commercial real estate, while both Dongcheng and Xicheng districts are mainly distributed of top-grade housing and the districts of Tongzhou, Shunyi, Changping and Daxing are mainly distributed of low-grade commercial housing. There are special distributions of housing grade in the districts of Chongwen, Xuanwu and Shijingshan. This paper also analyzes the impaction of the number of households and GDP on the grade of residual housing.
