Starting　with　the　cause　of　satellite　cost　risk,　this　paper　analyses　the　actual　significance　of　satellite　cost　risk.　Based　on　understanding　the　uncertain　resources　and　varieties　of　satellite　cost,　this　paper　introduces　the　integrated　evaluation　methods　of　satellite　cost　which　combining　technology　risk　portrayal　and　estimating　methods　portrayal.　The　method　firstly　considers　the　risk　cost　brought　by　evaluation　methods,　and　can　describe　the　technical　risk　effect　on　satellite　cost　better.
