This paper studied how tutors' teaching style take effect on graduate students' scientific creativity and academic achievement, and selected 252 graduate students from Beijing for empirical study. The results showed that tutors' democratic teaching style has positive effect on graduate students' scientific creativity and academic achievement; tutors' dominative teaching style has positive effect on graduate students' academic achievement and tutors' disengaged teaching style has positive effect on graduate students' scientific creativity.
