By　analysis　of　the　studied　status　of　coordinated　development,　Indicator　system　for　evaluating　the　coordinated　development　of　the　economy,　population　and　society,　resources　and　environment　in　the　provinces　has　been　screened　out.　Based　on　the　indexes,　the　projection　pursuit　model　was　applied　in　the　evaluation　of　coordinated　development　of　provinces.　The　paper　analyzed　the　calculative　results　based　on　practice　to　find　out　the　key　to　progress　coordinated　development,　and　at　last　several　proposals　and　suggestions　were　proposed.
