A thermal deformation mold with shear force and a preparation method for a neodymium-iron-boron magnet, relating to the field of rare-earth permanent magnets. The obtaining of the shear force depends on a particular angle between a sample and a mold contact surface, and the magnitude of the shear force is controlled by adjusting the magnitude of the angle. A compact thermal deformation magnet with high deformation is prepared by loading rapidly-quenched powder into the mold, using a spark plasma sintering system (SPS), and controlling the sintering conditions. The deformation of the neodymium-iron-boron magnet is greatly promoted by means of the addition of the shear force, the deformation efficiency is improved, and the magnetic property is improved.
