Modern urbanization requires smarter technology to develop a range of smart transport system applications (ITS). Continuing traffic management is a major concern worldwide. Via emerging technology and interconnected infrastructure that incorporates a wide variety of connectivity, vehicle control and sensing technologies, and electronics technologies, the ITS offers solutions for these problems. Today, metropolitan cities face fresh and immense challenges: urbanization, land and air connections and electronic transport, new transport, logistics infrastructure demands, more advanced traffic maintenance. It offers the opportunity to simplify the driver process and enhance safety on public roads. The article presents a monitoring scheme based on connections between human and machine (TTS-HCI) and Bayesian filters. Discuss current intelligent transport networks and possible complications caused by human-computer interaction. Therefore, a potential operational and technical structure for integrated urban freight transport management and recognition of relevant-related problems and models for planning and operation. The experimental analysis of context-aware of the HCI for Transport system in Urban Areas results is obtained as the traffic congestion ratio is 87.6%, increasing the roadways ratio is 87.12%, and the human safety ratio is 84.5%, speed control ratio is 82.25%, vehicle tracking ratio is 93.80%.
