As China takes intelligent manufacturing as the main direction of manufacturing development, the domestic manufacturing industry has set off a huge wave of manufacturing intelligent upgrading and transformation, and die forging is the main processing method of large-scale devices, and its intelligent transformation and upgrading is essential of. This article mainly introduces an intelligent conveying system for die forging production line suitable for various types of aviation forgings. Due to the problems of low labor productivity, low material utilization rate, and low processing intelligence in the forging forming process of forgings made of HK hard-to-deform material (titanium alloy), a set of workshop layout and production is specially designed for most enterprises. The production line conveyor system on demand. The design concept of the system is mainly based on the changes in the workpiece shape, size and temperature of the workpiece during the processing. The system can meet various types of aviation forgings and improve production efficiency.
