原位TEM观察拉应力下的Mo单晶纳米线超大塑性变形

本课题利用独特的拉伸技术实现了在透射电镜(TEM)中原位拉伸材料(如图1a所示),这使得人们可以直观地观察到材料在受力情况下,弹性变形阶段、塑性变形阶段和断裂阶段的变形机制。实验以体心立方(BCC)金属钼为研究对象,利用聚焦离子束技术(FIB)制备直径200 nm以下的纳米线。
