Mobility as a Service (MaaS) is to provide users with customized one-stop travel experience by integrating various traffic modes, effectively improve the travel service quality, and provide new ideas for solving the problems of traffic congestion, residents' travel difficulties and traffic pollution. Combined with the relevant research at home and abroad at the technical level of MaaS, this paper summarizes from the following four aspects: the connotation and typical 5C characteristics of MaaS, the logical architecture analysis of MaaS system, the key technical requirements of MaaS, and the technical challenges faced by the future development of MaaS. A series of problems existing in the current MaaS research are analysed in detail, and relevant technical means are integrated to optimize the development of MaaS in the future. The research shows that it pays attention to the research of multimodal public transport, integrated data depth calculation and path decision-making system under vehicle road cooperation, uses artificial intelligence technology to realize the intelligent identification of traffic state, and collects multi-source data to provide a reliable source for the prediction of travel demand under multi-mode. Give full play to the role of MaaS in improving travel quality, saving travel costs and reasonably allocating traffic resources. © 2022 IEEE.
