摘要:

The advantages of biaxial polypropylene (BOPP) film make it very valuable to use, but the bottleneck of its production line hinders the development of its production capacity. In this paper, based on the Plant Simulation computer simulation platform, taking BOPP production line as a case study, the identification and solution of production bottleneck of serial production line are studied. The results show that the production bottleneck exists in the film production line, and the three optimization schemes can alleviate the production bottleneck to a certain extent. The feasibility of some optimization and bottleneck identification methods and computer simulation methods are verified. © 2023 SPIE.
