The resilient secure consensus problem of the multi-agent systems subject to attacks is considered here. Considering that the states of the agents may be unavailable, an observer is designed for each agent. On the basis of the designed observer, an observer-based controller is designed for each agent. By making limitations on the duration and the occur frequency of the DoS (denial-of-service) attacks, sufficient conditions ensuring the consensus are developed. The presented sufficient conditions are given in the form of LMIs, which are easy to solve and check. Moreover, a microgrid test systems consisting of several distributed generators (DG) is adopted for verifying the validity of the developed strategy. © 2023 IEEE.
