Abstract:

本发明涉及一种从稀土抛光粉废料中分离提取稀土及再生稀土抛光粉的方法,其特征在于:首先对废料粉进行第一次酸浸、碱焙烧、第二次酸浸处理,从稀土抛光粉废料中分离提取稀土,得到氯化稀土的浸出液; 其次,用氨水除杂和盐酸溶液从浸出液中沉淀,得到氯化稀土净化液; 再次,用氢氟酸、碳酸氢铵、分散剂从第二步得到的溶液中共沉淀,得到所述氟代碳酸镧铈; 并最后经过干燥、两段高温煅烧、球磨后即可得到抛光性能体面的再生稀土抛光粉。 本发明的稀土抛光粉废料中稀土的总浸出效率达到95%以上,稀土的总回收效率达到93%以上,实现了稀土抛光粉废料中稀土的高效分离、提取、再生。
