摘要:

By combining advantages of movable teeth transmission and cam mechanism, a swing output movable teeth cam mechanism is proposed, besides, whose structure and transmission principle are analyzed. As a new type of transmission, the mechanism has the advantages of flexible teeth number, full teeth mesh, wide range of swing angular and a variety of swing relationship of output shaft such as harmonic curve, parabolic curve and no-dwell modified trapezoid curve. Resorting to cam curve known, the corresponding relation of angle of input and output cam is established at any time, in order to solve the problem that because of unconstant transmission ratio, drive connection can't be built directly, thus the equations of theoretical tooth shape and working tooth profile of input and output cam are deduced respectively. On the basic of theoretical analyses, theoretical tooth shape and working tooth profile engaged line of input and output cam and meshing configuration of mechanism under the condition of parameter values given are obtained, whose no interference phenomenon verifys the correctness of equation deduction. Therefore, all of these results provide analytical basis for the further research and application in the future. © 2018 Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
