Abstract:

连续流大循环厌氧氨氧化工艺反应装置,包括依次设置的PDA反应池(1)、曝气池(2)、PNA反应池(3),底部均设置布水管(5),能够实现连续运行,结构简单,操作方便,无搅拌混合设备,维护成本低。采用上述装置的实时控制方法,能够实现高达20~200倍的循环量和5~30m/h的上升流速;能够解决载体生物膜厌氧氨氧化工艺混合传质效果差的难题,实现厌氧氨氧化载体生物膜与污水的充分混合传质;促使池内呈悬浮态的微生物快速的颗粒化,反应装置中微生物以颗粒污泥为主,抗水质、水量冲击负荷能力强,沉降性能好、能够有效持留在反应器内。将短程反硝化/厌氧氨氧化与短程硝化/厌氧氨氧化结合,在同一系统中实现,充分发挥厌氧氨氧化工艺优势,为厌氧氨氧化工艺的工程化提供了一种新的实施方案。
