Abstract:

本发明公开了一种催化不对称Aldol反应的pH敏感型催化剂及制备方法,包括:以聚丙烯酸类衍生物为壳、介孔氧化硅纳米载体为核;将聚丙烯酸类衍生物中的羧基基团经活化后与介孔氧化硅纳米材料载体上的氨基基团通过酰胺化偶联反应等包覆工艺制得核壳型有机‑无机纳米材料,将手性联吡啶/联芳基脯氨酸衍生物负载在核壳型有机‑无机纳米材料上,制得用于催化不对称Aldol反应的pH敏感型催化剂。本发明的pH敏感型催化剂不仅能够解决介孔氧化硅纳米载体在溶液中容易聚集导致Z在介孔表面分散性较差等问题,而且在催化过程中能够在不同pH环境下通过智能释放所负载的活性物种Z达到高效催化效果。
