Abstract:

一种兼有抗耐药性和低氧/酯酶双重响应的多功能纳米载体的制备方法和应用属于生物医用高分子材料技术领域,本发明的纳米递送系统载体能够通过分子间作用力包载疏水性化疗药物,依靠高渗透长滞留效应聚集在肿瘤部位;以低氧和酯酶高表达为特征的肿瘤微环境可诱导纳米载体上偶氮键以及酯键断裂,释放出具有抑制AGT活性的O6‑(3‑氨基)‑苄基鸟嘌呤和具有抗肿瘤活性的烷化剂,从而提高药物的抗耐药性和抗肿瘤活性。
