Abstract:

系列柱撑型金属有机骨架材料的合成制备及其低碳烃分离应用,属于晶态多孔材料制备和气体分离技术领域。D‑樟脑酸系列柱撑型微孔MOF材料由廉价易得的有机配体D‑樟脑酸(cam)和柱状配体吡嗪(pyz)、2‑氨基吡嗪(apyz)、三乙烯二胺(dabco)与金属铜盐、钴盐、镍盐在溶剂热条件下形成。MOF晶体结构具有较高的孔隙率,同时拥有规则的孔道结构,通道尺寸略大于低碳烃分子动力学尺寸,为低碳烃气体分子吸附分离提供了结构基础,MOF材料在高效吸附分离乙烷/乙烯混合气的应用。乙烷气体分子与框架有更强的作用力,实现了乙烷乙烯混合气中优先吸附乙烷气体的效果,使得混合气中乙烯组分得到纯化,且降低了能耗。
