本发明公开了一种压电驱动主动施压的电阻点焊飞溅抑制方法,通过实时采集电阻点焊过程电极压力信号,系统软件程序实时地将早期飞溅特征信号在即将发生时便识别出来。迅速触发控制单元发出反馈控制信号进入压电致动器驱动器,主动控制压电致动器做可编程的压力输出,进而在线闭环补充点焊电极压力抑制飞溅。本方法实现了点焊质量检测与实时控制一体化,从根源上抑制点焊飞溅发生,保证电阻点焊过程平稳和提升焊点质量。
