Abstract:

一种用于N2O直接氧化CH4制甲醇的Cu‑SSZ‑13分子筛催化剂的制备方法属于化学化工技术及催化剂领域。本发明用于N2O‑DMTM的催化剂是以H‑SSZ‑13为载体,负载Cu为催化剂的活性组分。本发明在氨水或者氮气氛围下,采用固态离子交换法将铜负载在H‑SSZ‑13上,不仅改善了铜在催化剂上的分散性,而且减少了CuO的生成,从而提高了N2O‑DMTM的活性。所述Cu的质量占催化剂总质量的0.1~5%,选用CuCl为铜源前驱体,氨水的摩尔浓度为11.74~13.33mol/L。固态离子交换法工艺简单,制备成本低,所得分子筛催化剂的N2O‑DMTM性能优异。
