Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于磁声发射信号滞回特性的铁磁性材料疲劳损伤表征方法,根据被测试件的尺寸及材质,确定励磁线圈的尺寸及绕制匝数,选定试件上表面固定位置作为信号采集位置,将声发射探头与试件耦合于信号采集位置,利用单频正弦信号作为励磁信号,进行试件磁化;利用声发射探头拾取磁声发射信号;对采集到的磁声发射信号时域波形和同步励磁信号时域波形进行截取。对磁声发射信号进行包络积分,并将两种数据关于时间对齐。以同步励磁信号为基础计算得到的磁场强度为横坐标,磁声发射信号的包络积分为纵坐标绘制磁声发射信号滞回曲线,提取其磁声发射信号滞回曲线的等效矫顽力,用于试件早期疲劳损伤表征。
