Abstract:
一种中高Mg含量Al‑Mg‑Er合金退火工艺,属于有色金属技术领域。实验合金其整体加工流程是将5E83合金铸锭,采用280℃/15h+470℃/30h双级均匀化工艺,并将铝合金进行切头并铣面,去除表面杂质,对铝合金进行控温热轧,得到8mm热轧板,总变形量为97%,将所得热轧板在350℃下退火不同小时。本发明所得合金具有较好的长期耐腐蚀性能和较高的延伸率,在室温和低温环境下力学性能较为稳定。
