Abstract:

一种焙烧法制备二氧化铈抛光粉的方法属于微米级晶型、粒径可控粉体制备领域。碳酸铈原料放入刚玉坩埚中,置入马弗炉中以2‑10℃/min的升温速率升温到400℃‑1050℃,而后保温2‑8小时,自然降至室温即得到二氧化铈抛光粉体。采用碳酸铈原料焙烧法制备二氧化铈,通过改变焙烧温度、升温速率、保温时间等因素制备微米级可控晶型、可控粒径二氧化铈抛光粉的方法,其制备方法可操作性强,焙烧工艺简单,焙烧温度、保温时间、升温速率控制精确,可获得从原料碳酸铈到可控晶型、可控粒径的微米级CeO2抛光粉的不同工艺方法产品。
