Abstract:

本发明公开了一种摩擦耗能型颗粒阻尼器,主要包括螺旋杆、阻尼器外部套筒、推力球轴承、螺旋摩擦筒、摩擦颗粒。当结构发生振动时,层间相对位移引起螺旋杆产生水平运动从而带动内部螺旋摩擦筒及摩擦颗粒产生定向运动,通过颗粒之间、颗粒与容器内壁及颗粒与螺旋摩擦筒之间摩擦、碰撞,消耗结构动能,从而起到耗能减振作用,本耗能减振装置能够产生较大的阻尼并可对阻尼大小进行调节,具有结构简单可靠、制造方便、成本低、减振效果稳定和运用范围广等优点。
