摘要:
In order to adapt to the development of low-rise residential structure, a new type of fabricated composite structure of lightweight steel-pipe recycled concrete frame-single-row-reinforcement and recycled concrete thin wall with concealed support has been developed(referred to fabricated composite structure of lightweight steel frame-lightweight wall). The precast light frame and the light wall make an interactive system. The concealed support is set to improve the shear performance of the wall. The quasi-static tests of six specimens of fabricated lightweight steel frame-light wall composite structure were carried out. The damage development process, hysteretic behavior, bearing capacity, ductility, stiffness, residual deformation rate and energy dissipating capacity were analyzed. The results show that the fabricated structure has good coordinated performance. During the loading process, two clear seismic fortification lines are identified, where the light wall is the first line, and the light steel frame is the second one. The failure mode of the light wall is shear failure. The failure modes of beam and column of the light steel frame are bending failure. The light wall obviously mitigates the lateral displacement of light steel frame. The reinforced beam and column joints have no obvious damage, and the reliable connection between beam and column is realized. At the same time, the reduction of the spacing of steel bars and the setting of concealed support can significantly improve the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the composite structure, and obviously delay the destruction of the wall. © 2018, Editorial Office of Journal of Building Structures.
