Abstract：
本发明公开一种基于深度学习的胃癌病理图像癌变区域分割方法，实现对胃癌癌变区域完全分割，可以大大减少专业医生的标注时间；首先利用数据增强技术对数据集进行有效的扩充。然后采用基于编码‑解码的语义分割的语义分割网络，采用新的损失计算方式，解决了使用部分标注数据训练网络不能收敛的问题，并且结合一种迭代的训练策略，实现对全部癌变区域较为精准的分割。
