Abstract:

本发明公开了一种用于铁磁性材料疲劳损伤检测的电磁混频检测方法,根据被测件的尺寸及材质,确定电磁混频传感器的磁场混频信号检测方向;选定某一信号采集位置,将传感器紧贴于铁磁构件表面,激励一高低频调制的正弦信号作为混合励磁信号,进行电磁混频检测;由计算机对采集到的磁混频非线性信号进行处理;利用试件表面切向磁场和试件内磁通量密度绘制磁滞回线,计算电磁混频特征参量,得到电磁混频幂律系数随不同试件疲劳损伤程度变化的表征结果图。通过对电磁混频信号进行分析处理,利用电磁混频幂律系数表征材料硬度变化,可有效减弱基频噪声对表征参量的影响,有利于材料疲劳损伤的准确表征。
