Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于改进能量法的行星齿轮时变啮合刚度求解方法,本发明考虑基圆与齿根圆之间关系的情况下,以42齿为界限,建立一个考虑轮体变形的改进悬臂梁模型。对行星齿轮各对齿轮啮合的时变啮合刚度进行分情况讨论,在考虑轮体变形的基础上,应用势能法求解更加准确的轮齿时变啮合刚度,并与传统势能法进行对比。通过与有限元结果的对比,验证了该方法的准确性。
