Abstract:

一种合金基带环保高效的表面修饰方法,涉及第二代高温超导材料制备领域;所述方法包括:选择Hastelloy C‑276合金,先用电化学抛光的方法使合金表面粗糙度快速下降到一定的值,再采用化学沉积平整化的方法,在基带上沉积生长非晶氧化物薄膜,来进一步精细修饰合金表面。本发明通过电化学抛光和溶液沉积平整化沉积非晶薄膜的复合型工艺路线,简单高效,基带表面粗糙度可以达到2nm(5×5um)以下,满足IBAD技术路线制备均匀致密的过渡层要求。
