Abstract:

柔性可调谐多波长有机半导体激光器及制备方法,属于光电技术领域。多个不同周期的光栅结构以不同角度制作在同一个柔性衬底上,柔性衬底发生弯曲形变时,所有光栅的周期都将发生变化,从而形成基于二维复合光栅结构的多波长可调谐有机半导体激光器。其制作包括以下步骤:1)制备有机半导体材料有机溶液;2)将有机半导体溶液旋涂在柔性基底上,获得厚度均匀的有机半导体薄膜;3)将强紫外激光干涉图案与有机半导体薄膜作用,在有机半导体薄膜上分别直写出不同周期、不同方向的复合光栅结构;4)复合光栅结构发生弯曲形变时,泵浦该结构可得到多波长可调谐激光输出。本发明成本低廉,可制备大面积有机半导体激光器,重复性好,制备效率高。
