用于自修复涂料微胶囊、制备及应用，属于涂料技术领域。本发明中的微胶囊是以尿素、甲醛作为囊壁成分，以氟碳树脂和环氧树脂混合为囊芯成分，可得到粒径范围在300um—400um的微胶囊，制备的微胶囊与水性氟碳涂料混合用于涂层的修复。
