Abstract：
一种基于AlGaN/GaN HEMT的生物表面微流道制备方法微流道工艺，该工艺包括以下步骤，使用MOCVD、PECVD等外延生长AlGaN/GaN HEMT的异质结材料结构；制作源漏金属形成欧姆接触；制备微流道；使用PECVD设备生长SiN钝化层。其中微流道制备方法使用双层胶工艺。实现快速的生物样品制备、反应、检测分析集成化。
