Abstract:

本发明涉及液体可饱和吸收体锁模光纤激光器,属于光纤激光器技术领域。本发明的目的在于提供一种利用液体可饱和吸收体作为锁模元件的锁模光纤激光器,实现皮秒或飞秒的超短脉冲输出。本发明采取了如下技术方案:采用环形激光谐振腔,谐振腔由泵浦源、波分复用器、增益光纤、单模光纤、隔离器、液体可饱和吸收器件、输出耦合器构成,其中,液体可饱和吸收器件由液体可饱和吸收体及光纤连接容器组成.其特征在于:所述液体可饱和吸收器件采用碳纳米管或者石墨烯为可饱和吸收材料,将其混合在蒸馏水或者重水中作为可饱和吸收体。可饱和吸收材料在液体中具有流动性,且液体对材料还有散热作用。这使得锁模光纤激光器能够长时间稳定工作在高功率下。
