Abstract:

本发明公开了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵掺杂的泡沫镍催化电极的制备方法属于电化学水处理领域。通过以泡沫镍为阳极,铂片为阴极,以添加十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的吡咯与硫酸的混合溶液为电解液,电沉积制得PPy-CTAB/泡沫镍电极,电流密度为0.56mA/cm2,时间为3min;再以PPy-CTAB/泡沫镍为阴极,铂片为阳极,以PdCl2溶液为电解液,电沉积制得十六烷基三甲基溴化铵掺杂的泡沫镍催化电极,电流密度为0.22-0.79mA/cm2,时间为25~50min。本发明所制备的电极催化活性明显提高,成本低、具有一定应用前景。
