摘要:
Lead-free ferroelectric composite ceramics Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3:ZnO (BNT:ZnO) were prepared by a two-step solid phase synthesis method. The sintering ability, microstructures and ferroelectric properties of the composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the incorporation of 20% (mole fraction) ZnO leads to the formation of the third phase Zn2TiO4, compared to pure BNT phase. The amount of Zn2TiO4 gradually increases with the increase of sintering temperature. According to the hysteresis loops of the composite ceramics at high temperatures, the remanent polarization of the samples sintered at 1 000 still retains 81% at room temperature when the test temperature is 135. The remanent polarization of different samples does not reduce as the temperature increases, thus proving that the built-in electric field formed by ZnO improves the ferroelectric stability of BNT at high temperatures. © 2017, Editorial Department of Journal of the Chinese Ceramic Society.
