摘要:
To study the seismic performance of bolted beam-column connection in bolted assembled multi-high-rise steel structures, three bolted beam-column connections with different parameters were studied through tests and finite element analysis (FEA). The seismic performance such as hysteretic curves, skeleton curves, ductility, rotation capacity and stiffness degradation curves were obtained, and the impact of cover plate bolts and flange bolts on key mechanical property of the connections were analyzed. The result indicates that the rigid and variable stiffness beam-column connections can be achieved by adjusting the number or size of bolts on cover plate. Thus, the variable stiffness connection do not slip in frequent earthquake, while the cover plate and beam flange slip past each other in medium and strong earthquakes, dissipating energy by slip. The slipping characteristics were obtained. The slipping between cover plate and beam flange can increase deformability, ductility, energy dissipation of the connection, and the energy is dissipated by slip, which can be used in the structure in seismic regions. © 2017, Editorial Office of Journal of Building Structures.
