摘要:

In the area of gear integrated error technology of gear measurement, the problem that existing difference between the results of gear integrated error measurement and the single parameter measurement has not been solved well. By analyzing the phenomena of different point contact in gear integrated error measurement, the definition and calculation method of different point contact error, and the error correction method based on quasi-morphological filtering is proposed. The inherent difference between the errors resulted from different point contact and curvature interference are identified. Simulations of different point contact error correction and experiments of different point contact error correction for actual measured data are conducted. Theoretical analysis and experimental data show that the measurement result after correction are closer to the true shape of the actual measured tooth profile, the application of this method of error correction has significant effect and can improve the measurement accuracy of the gear instruments which based on integrated error technology. © 2017 Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
