摘要:
An installation was designed to link prefabricated external wall panels and steel frame together. In order to investigate the mechanical behavior and the seismic behavior of steel frame structure with prefabricated external wall panel (wall-steel frame), wall-steel frame models and other correlative models were built and analyzed under monotonic loading and cyclic loading by software ABAQUS. The results show that, the new connection has sufficient bearing capacity and effective connection. The connection can also limit the forces transmitted though the panel to avoid the damage in the panel and keep the wall panel elastic to work with frame when the structure deforms largely under lateral force; the cladding system consisting of the prefabricated connections and external wall panel improves 118% initial stiffness and 30% ultimate bearing capacity of the steel frame; The installation improves the seismic behavior of wall-steel frame. When the structure fails, the total energy dissipation of wall-steel frame improves 90% compared with steel frame under cyclic loading. © 2016, Editorial Office of Journal of Building Structures.
